This is a document few have seen. US Prosecutor Sam Skinner rather than indict Searle under Title 18, Section 1001, for fraud in the aspartame studies took a job with Searle's defense team, Sidley & Austin. So Prosecutor William Conlon was asked to do the job and he too went to work for Sidley & Austin. Meanwhile the statute of limitations expired. You simply can't take a deadly poison like aspartame and make it show safety. Searle got away with murder and millions have perished in more than 100 countries of the world.

Always those who sell out are rewarded by the aspartame industry. In this case Sam Skinner was made Secretary of Transportation. Then nothing could be done to squelch the cries of pilots who have suffered everything from grand mal seizures from aspartame to sudden cardiac death. Read how Senator Howard Metzenbaum raked Skinner over the coals.

In the case of Arthur Hull Hayes who was appointed by President Reagan as FDA Commissioner to over-rule the Board of Inquiry of the FDA who had revoked the petition for approval, he too was rewarded. It takes about 30 days to get someone to the FDA and the revoked petition would have been signed into law. So President Reagan wrote an executive order making the FDA powerless to do anything about aspartame until Hayes got there. A member of his transition team called FDA Commissioner Jere Goyan and fired him at 3:00 AM. Here is the letter from his wife confirming this: http://www.mpwhi.com/letter_about_jere_goyan.pdf Here is James Turner, Atty, in the aspartame documentary, Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World, telling how it happened through the political chicanery of Don Rumsfeld: http://www.soundandfury.tv/pages/rumsfeld.html

Arthur Hull Hayes over-ruled the Board of Inquiry and then went to work for the PR Agency of the manufacturer at $1000.00 a day on a ten year contract. So Hayes sold his soul for $365 million dollars. He has refused to talk to the press ever since. Hayes excuse for over-ruling the Board of Inquiry was Ajinomoto's brain tumor study. However, James Turner said: "Hayes did not have the Ajinomoto studies when he ruled. He relied on a summary that was inaccurate of a study that was inappropriate--used wrong strain of animals." He was put there to get aspartame on the market because the FDA had revoked the petition for approval, and he did.

Today the FAA says they cannot do a thing about aspartame because of the FDA approval. Mission Possible Aviation was started when a pilot crashed his plane on aspartame, and lived to tell about it. Here is our pilot alert: http://www.mpwhi.com/pilot_aspartame_alert.htm Please print this out and never get on a plane without giving copies to the pilots and crew, and be sure the pilots are not using it.

Read this Congressional hearing and Senator Metzenbaum's remarks. Remember when FDA today says aspartame is safe, they of all people know its not. They are the very ones who wanted the company indicted for fraud. Aspartame will never show safety in a study. If the results say its safe be assured it was influenced or paid by the aspartame industry.
