We've been hearing for years about aspartame's success and growth. Midst all these rosy assurances sales were falling like a bomb and Merisant was in the financial toilet for $320,000,000.

That's a big deposit, but it's more natural than the chemical poison they've been selling as Equal.

You didn't buy it, so they couldn't sell it. So they'll flush it!

By the way: the largest European asparmaker, Holland Sweetener, died in 2006. Aspartame is sold as NutraSweet, Equal, E951, Benevia, Spoonful and anything they can call it since the patent expired.

Lookout, Ajinomoto. Remember the famous words of Mohammed Ali: "They can run but they can't hide."
